We are pleased to welcome Courtney Crowder with Phoenix Lending as our featured speaker for a presentation on Deed Fraud, a growing issue affecting property owners, real estate professionals, lenders, and appraisers. This discussion will help attendees better understand how deed fraud occurs, why it matters in today’s real estate environment, and what professionals should watch for when working with property records, ownership transfers, and client concerns.

The evening will begin with an optional happy hour in the bar from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and the speaker presentation from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
