About Roy Meyer:
With over 33 years of experience as an appraiser, Roy has firsthand knowledge of the industry's challenges and opportunities. At one point, his company managed a team of over 30 appraisers and staff, giving him deep insight into optimizing appraisal operations. In recent years, he has focused on helping appraisers integrate AI to enhance efficiency and professional expertise.
Roy has consulted with solo appraisers, large national appraisal firms, and leading appraisal software companies on both national and international levels, implementing AI solutions into their workflows. He also currently serves as the lead AI consultant for an eight-figure financial organization, guiding enterprise level AI adoption.
Beyond the appraisal industry, Roy is actively shaping the future of AI education. He collaborates with colleges to integrate AI into their curriculum and operations, ensuring professionals and students are prepared for a tech-driven future. He is also the founder of the world’s first AI International Internship Program, launched in December 2022.
Roy’s mission is to help appraisers embrace AI as a strategic partner rather than a threat. His work ensures appraisers stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry by leveraging AI to enhance their skills, improve efficiency, and elevate their professional capabilities.
